Chief Engineer/Senior Engineer/R&D Director (Global Recruitment) (* * *)

(1) Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage and guide company PhDs in developing new products, collaborate with the market and CEO/CTO to screen whether R&D products can continue to develop and become industrialized products, and ensure monitoring and comprehensive rigorous testing of every product/commodity
2. Patent Strategy Coordinator: Responsible for compiling and submitting applications for (domestic and international) invention patents for the company's products (with a pass rate of 80%), and supervising the translation of patents into Chinese and English
(2) Job requirements:
1. Having a doctoral degree or higher in New Materials, Materials Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry or related majors from the top 100 universities worldwide (Harvard, MIT, Berkeley, Stanford, Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, etc.), or priority
2. Having good professional integrity and ethics, being honest and sincere, efficient team coordination and communication skills, and able to withstand strong work pressure
3. Having over 3 years of work experience in the new materials industry, with a high reputation and visibility within the industry; Familiar with relevant technologies in the field of polymer materials and composite materials such as epoxy resin, phenolic resin, polyimide, bismaleus resin, carbon fiber composite materials, carbon nanotube composite materials, metal and metal based composite materials, metamaterials (magnetic materials, stealth materials), etc; Especially proficient in advanced composite materials RTM and RTM-LIGHT processes; Proficient in the application and modification of thermoplastic resins
4. Research or work experience in the synthesis of anhydride and amine monomers, as well as polyimide resin polymerization technology, is preferred
5. Familiar with the characterization, detection, and analysis techniques of polymer materials and their composites
6. Served as the head of a large domestic and foreign enterprise or authoritative institution/research institution or related work
