The research group is mainly engaged in quantitative synthetic biology research, based on the research ideas of "quantitative analysis and synthetic reconstruction", focusing on the basic principles of the formation process of complex biological systems, the rational design principles of synthetic biological systems, and other important scientific issues. (1) Job Description
1. Utilize bioinformatics technology to develop algorithms for analyzing multiple omics data, and conduct immunological basic research on the synergistic mechanism of bacterial cell cycle and tumor bacterial therapy;

(2) Application Requirements

Mainly engaged in synthetic biology research, focusing on important scientific issues such as rational design principles of synthetic biological systems. Especially exploring the design principles of de novo synthesis of single-cell life and the synthetic bacterial treatment of solid tumors.
