Job requirements:
1. Major in Materials Science and Engineering, Metal Materials Engineering, or related fields, with a doctoral degree
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in metal powder research and development or production applications (such as 3D printing, etc.), familiar with the management process of metal powder research and development
3. Have certain technical project management experience and technical team experience
4. Has strong technical sensitivity and can timely understand the latest cutting-edge information on technological development
5. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to provide better support for marketing, production, after-sales service and other departments
6. Has good stress resistance and a proactive work ethic
