Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
1. Research the latest theories, research, and achievements in AI related fields both domestically and internationally, focusing on landing scenarios such as ultrasound medical imaging image recognition and diagnosis. Plan the company's AI research and development strategy and path, build an AI algorithm system architecture, and play a leading role in forming an AI imaging team with independent intellectual property rights, industry-leading capabilities, and iterative product growth
2. Based on specific business objectives, lead the design of excellent sustainable and scalable advanced product architecture, lead the R&D team to develop and deliver high-quality technical solutions, and plan to form a unified framework, platform, and a series of modular components
3. Actively participate in leading the clinical application of advanced technologies, coordinate with hospitals, experts, and directors, verify and implement relevant cooperation projects
4. Leading the company's AI research direction, establishing and cultivating research teams, conducting technological innovation, publishing papers, hosting and participating in academic and industry conferences; Apply for domestic and foreign patents to form AI intellectual property achievements
Job requirements
1. Having a master's or doctoral degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, bioengineering, or medical engineering
2. Proficient in artificial intelligence algorithm research, with a deep understanding and rich hands-on experience in commonly used artificial intelligence algorithms and deep learning algorithms. Has served as the main architect, core technical backbone, researcher, or scientist for major projects for a long time
3. Reliable and dependable, responsible for the entire work process, strong learning ability, analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in common middleware, distributed solutions and their principles, and adept at guiding research teams
4. Having rich experience in team management, good at motivating and improving teams, and strong communication skills
5. Those who have led provincial, ministerial or national level projects and hold expert or honorary titles at or above the provincial level are preferred
