1, Doctor degree, genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, clinical medicine, medical laboratory and other bio-related majors, with more than 10 years of biomedical product development experience or laboratory research experience, and more than 5 years of team management experience;

2. Proficient in the research and development of molecular detection kits such as tNGS,mNGS,qPCR, RT-qPCR, RT-LAMP, RPA, second-generation sequencing library building reagents, including primer design and system optimization; Familiar with the screening and performance evaluation methods of molecular reagent core raw materials; Solid theoretical foundation and experience in the development of clinical genetic testing products such as high-throughput sequencing and liquid biopsy, as well as experience in the development of large health products or cooperation with pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
3, familiar with molecular detection reagents related industries, including but not limited to IVD, research and development at home and abroad and related products market application and development trends;

1. Responsible for the synthesis and modification of new materials, including but not limited to polyurethane, acrylic acid, silicone and epoxy resin;

2. The application research of new materials includes not limited to waterproof, anti-corrosion, sealing, heat insulation, sound insulation and noise reduction, fire retardant, electronic chemicals, new energy chemicals, etc.;

3, silicate inorganic materials and application research, especially in new building applications, high-strength concrete, additive applications have cutting-edge research results;
