Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for leading the project team to carry out project initiation applications, R&D plan development, R&D stage reviews, and final report reviews for projects (pre research, pilot testing, and intermediate testing)
2. Responsible for the development of high-quality polyester recycling and chemical synthesis technologies, conducting small-scale and pilot experiments such as polymerization or depolymerization, analyzing and solving various problems encountered in the experiments
3. Responsible for the development of new processes for polyester depolymerization (hydrolysis, alcoholysis, glycolysis, enzymatic hydrolysis, ammonolysis, etc.), optimization and strengthening of glycolysis alcoholysis processes, and development of monomer synthesis
4. Responsible for designing reasonable routes, developing and applying depolymerization catalysts, polymerization chelating agents, additives, and other additives
5. Responsible for conducting research on the synthesis technology of dimethyl terephthalate derivatives (CHDM, etc.) and the synthesis technology of biobased monomers (FDCA, EG, BDO, PDO, etc.)
6. Responsible for writing relevant patents and research reports, and continuously monitoring and researching industry technologies, exploring the implementation of new technologies in research and development projects
Job requirements:
1. Doctoral degree in materials and chemical engineering, with priority given to research in chemical recycling and polyester polymerization
2. Having about 2 years of relevant work experience or excellent fresh graduates
3. Familiar with industry technology trends, familiar with the application market of polyester new materials, with relevant research or experience in chemical recycling, polyester polymerization, degradation recycling, reaction catalysis, chemical synthesis and other fields preferred
4. Strong communication and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, innovation ability, experimental design ability, etc
Other:
1. Working hours: 8:00-17:00 in summer; Winter 8:00-16:30, weekends off
