The highlights of “integration of industry and talent” are diverse, and the “roundtable dialogue” promotes intelligent co creation

The Chinese pharmaceutical industry welcomed the 2024 China Pharmaceutical Industry Development Conference from November 16th to 18th at the Zhangjiang Science Hall in Shanghai. This conference attracted experts, scholars, business elites, and leaders from relevant government departments from all over the country to gather together and discuss the development trends and future directions of the pharmaceutical industry. Among them, the “Integration of Industry and Talent” – Seminar on the Construction of Excellent Engineering Teams in the Pharmaceutical Industry on November 18th not only brought a satisfactory conclusion to this conference, but also provided new ideas and directions for talent cultivation and industrial development in the pharmaceutical industry.

Wang Xiaoyang, Deputy Director of the Consumer Products Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Zeng Weiming, Deputy Director of the Ministry’s Talent Exchange Center and other leaders made speeches to kick off the theme conference. After the successful release of the “Touyan Talent” training plan and the talent demand forecast report in the field of innovative medicine, many experts and scholars, including Chang Junbiao, academician of the CAS Member, and representatives of pharmaceutical industry enterprises made keynote speeches on the topics of pharmaceutical talent training, market-oriented global high potential talent training, and so on.

The roundtable dialogue hosted by Xu Bowen from HRC , with the theme of “Talent Core Drives Technological Innovation in Pharmaceutical Enterprises”, is a collision of ideas and intelligent co creation session centered around the theme of “Industry Talent Integration”. Under the guidance of the host, Zhang Zongke, Director of the Intellectual Property Transfer Center at Beihang University, Professor Hu Fangdi, Director of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Analysis at Lanzhou University School of Pharmacy, and Yu Yinfang, Human Resources Manager at Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on site.

In the conversation, Director Zhang Zongke put forward profound insights on the integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation from the perspective of technology transfer and transformation. Professor Hu Fangdi summarized the unique teaching practices of the professional college of traditional Chinese medicine in talent cultivation and output. Yu Yinfang shared how to select, cultivate and motivate talents around the business goals of enterprises. The three guests not only expressed their experiences and insights in technology innovation and industrial development, but also provided useful reference and inspiration for the industry.

With the continuous development and progress of the pharmaceutical industry and other industries, we have reason to believe that the integration of industry and talent will become the core driving force and inevitable development trend for sustained innovation in the industry.
