Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the development and optimization design of semiconductor device process flow;
2. Responsible for device design and debugging;
3. Participate in project team management and promote the implementation of the plan.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics;
2. Have experience in device research and related projects, with a solid professional foundation;
3. Possess strong communication skills, independent thinking ability, and teamwork ability, with strong learning ability, able to independently undertake work under certain pressure;
4. Good English proficiency and can be used as a working language.
