Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the research and development of key module processes related to optoelectronic heterogeneous integration;
2. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and daily experimentation of bonding processes;
3. Responsible for characterizing and analyzing material properties using XRD equipment, PL, EL, etc., and completing experimental reports;
4. Participate in the application, reporting, and completion of relevant scientific research projects.
Job requirements.
PhD in semiconductor materials science or microelectronics or related disciplines;
