Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for building the architecture of the wireless charging R&D team, innovating and managing the product line, and promoting projects.
2. Research and analyze the trends of the consumer electronics wireless charging market, competitor products, and consumer demand, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and introducing new technologies in the industry, and providing strong support for the R&D team’s product solutions.
3. Responsible for planning and guiding the promotion of wireless charging technologies such as mobile phones, conducting project pre research, outputting technical solutions, and executing development plans for new technologies, as well as controlling and supervising the development process.
4. Participate in product promotion and marketing activities, work closely with the sales team, and provide technical support and solutions to customers.
Job requirements.
1.With doctoral degrees in electronics, power electronics, electromagnetic fields, and related majors.
2.3-5 years of experience in product line research and development management or technical solution design in the consumer electronics, communication, and automotive wireless charging industries, with priority given to R&D managers with complete product implementation; Familiar with wireless charging Qi/Airfuel related protocols and certifications, familiar with wireless charging Tx and Rx technology system principles. familiar with the development trends of wireless charging technology in the industry.
3. Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and English can be used as a working language.
4. Possess strong industry insight and business sensitivity, able to identify new technologies and grasp the commercial value of technology applications by combining market demand and future trends. Possess solid professional knowledge and technical capabilities, proficient in using related electromagnetic/circuit and heat dissipation simulation tools such as Maxwell and SimplorComsol to empower the R&D team.
5. Have a sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork awareness, dare to innovate and try.
6. Able to adapt to short-term business trips.
