Job description ：
1. Lead and manage the energy storage battery research and development team, develop and execute research and development strategies and plans, ensure projects are completed on time and achieve expected goals.
2. Responsible for the technical research and development of energy storage cells, including but not limited to the selection, design, development, and optimization of cell materials, in order to improve the performance, safety, and reliability of the cells.
3. Pay attention to the industry’s technological development trends and market demand, lead the team to conduct forward-looking technological research and innovation, and maintain the company’s leading position in the field of energy storage cells.
4. Work closely with other departments (such as production, quality, sales, etc.) to solve technical problems, ensure that research and development results can be smoothly transformed into products, and meet the needs of the market and customers.
5. Responsible for budget preparation, resource allocation, and cost control of R&D projects, ensuring that R&D activities are efficiently carried out within the budget range.
6. Establish and improve the R&D management system and processes, enhance R&D efficiency and quality, and cultivate and develop the technical capabilities and professional qualities of the R&D team.
7. Write and review technical reports, patent applications, and other related technical documents to protect the company’s intellectual property rights.
Participate in the company’s strategic planning and decision-making, provide technical support and suggestions for the company’s development.
Job requirements.
1. Hold a doctoral degree in materials science, electrochemical engineering, or related fields.
2. Has at least 6 years of experience in energy storage cell research and development, including 3 years of team management experience.
3. Familiar with the working principle, structural design, and manufacturing process of energy storage cells, with in-depth research and understanding of cell materials such as positive and negative electrodes, electrolytes, separators, etc.
4. Possess solid knowledge of electrochemistry and rich practical experience, able to independently solve technical problems in the research and development process.
5. Has strong innovation ability and keen market insight, able to grasp industry development trends, promote technological innovation and product upgrades.
6. Has good team management skills, can effectively motivate and cultivate team members, and create an efficient R&D team.
7. Has strong communication and coordination skills as well as project management abilities, able to collaborate with cross departmental teams to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
Proficient in relevant research and development tools and software, with good literature search and data analysis skills.
9. Passionate about work, has a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, and can withstand work pressure.
10. Must have mass production experience of 280/314 or above energy storage cells led by leading enterprises
