Job description ：
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the noise design of compressor platform products/research on noise reduction technology for mass-produced products; Focus on silent design for the reserve generation platform;
2. Responsible for leading the noise pre research team to conduct research and development on compressor silencing platform technology/noise improvement design;
3. Responsible for revising compressor and system noise standards, planning and implementing technical directions.
Qualifications for the position
1. Education and major requirements. Master’s degree or above, major in acoustics, mechanics, refrigeration or related fields
2. Work experience.
(1) Over 8 years of work experience in noise and vibration related fields, and over 5 years of work experience in the compressor, motor, and refrigeration industries;
(2) Have relevant skills and research project experience in multi physics field coupling analysis such as fluid structure coupling and magnetic structure coupling (project manager);
(3) Have experience in pre research and development projects for new platform products (project manager or core project member);
(4) Proficient in simulation software such as Ansys, Virtual Lab, ADAMS, etc;
(5) Familiar with noise testing and analysis software such as BK, LMS, HEAD, etc;
(6) Good communication and coordination skills, experience leading a team is preferred;
