Job Title. Frequency Conversion Algorithm Expert (PhD), Group Research Institute, Shenzhen
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the research and development of frequency conversion algorithms, especially in optimizing and improving FOC algorithms for home appliance applications.
2. Lead the team to conduct research on MPC algorithm and promote its implementation in practical applications.
3. Research and implement motor parameter adaptive technology to improve the intelligence and adaptability of the system.
3. Work closely with hardware and software engineers to ensure efficient implementation of algorithms in actual products.
4. Track the latest technological development trends in the industry, continuously innovate, and promote the improvement of the company’s technological level.
5. Write technical documents, research reports, and patent applications, and share research results.
Job requirements.
1. Hold a doctoral degree in electrical engineering, automation, control engineering, or related fields.
2. Have a solid theoretical foundation in frequency conversion algorithms, especially research and application experience in FOC and MPC algorithms.
3. Familiar with motor control systems, experience in household appliances such as air conditioning, refrigerators, washing machines, etc. is preferred.
4. Experience in researching motor parameter adaptive technology is preferred.
5. Proficient in using simulation tools such as Matlab/Simulink and PSIM, with programming abilities (such as C/C++, Python).
6. Have good teamwork spirit and leadership skills, able to lead the team to conduct innovative research.
7. Have good English reading and writing skills, able to write high-quality technical documents and research papers.
