Job description ：
Job content.
Mainly responsible for leading the team in the development of automatic measurement and control systems, including but not limited to. architecture design, scheme design, device selection, software and hardware design, system integration, testing, certification and other R&D process management.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree in Electronic Science and Technology, Computer Science and Technology, Instrument Science and Technology, Information and Communication Engineering, and related majors.
2. More than 8 years of experience in product development, with over 4 years of experience in managing embedded product development teams. Experience in vibration analysis theory and vibration measurement related project development and management is preferred.
3. Proficient in digital signal processing algorithms and implementation techniques, with a background in embedded DSP/ARM/FPGA, electromagnetic compatibility, and other related technologies. Familiar with Linux pruning and porting, with experience in Linux embedded system design and low-level driver development preferred; Familiar with mainstream real-time operating system threads, signals, events, memory pools, and other applications, with relevant project experience preferred.
4. Familiar with IPD R&D process, with good cost and quality control awareness.
