Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for planning and implementing technology development strategies;
2. Lead the team in product development to meet user requirements;
3. Lead the team to upgrade product technology and reduce costs;
4. Responsible for product data management and establishing a research and development knowledge management database;
5. Responsible for user technical support management work;
6. Responsible for building the technical team.
Job requirements.
1. Master’s degree or above, with over 10 years of research and development experience in the same industry and over 5 years of management experience in the same position;
2. Proficient in the research and development technology of modified plastic products, and skilled in the development of specialized materials such as modified PA, PP, PPA, etc;
3. Master the latest technological methods in the industry;
4. Grasp the industry’s technological and business development trends, and have unique insights into key technologies.
