We are looking for a passionate and creative technical research engineer (Ziegler Natta) to join our team and drive innovation together. The main responsibilities of this position include.
1. Participate in the improvement of the company’s Ziegler Natta catalyst preparation equipment, characterization, and other platforms;
2. Responsible for the preparation of Ziegler Natta catalysts, covering the entire process from synthesis technology research to small-scale to pilot testing;
3. Assist in the construction of a Ziegler Natta catalyst performance evaluation device and collect experimental data;
4. Other related work.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, major in Chemical Process, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, etc., with strong research and development skills;
2. Work experience is not limited, experience in Ziegler Natta catalyst development projects is preferred;
3. Possess a spirit of research, clear thinking, and strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
4. Identify with the company culture, have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to collaborate with people from different backgrounds.
