1. Track and analyze industry product intelligence, identify product application development trends;
2. Participate in customer demand identification and provide customers with overall product technology solutions;
3. Responsible for the specific development and implementation of products around technical solutions, tracking customer feedback on product issues, and proposing systematic solutions;
4. Combining the development of technology and product requirements, constantly innovating and upgrading products to meet market demand.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree, major background in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Fine Chemical Engineering, Organic Synthesis, etc.;
2. Have 1-3 years of experience in research or industrialization projects related to fine chemicals such as flame retardants/weather retardants/pigments, dyes, etc.;
3. Has a spirit of research, clear thinking, and strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
