Job description.
1. Responsible for tracking and analyzing industry intelligence on bio based chemicals, identifying product application development trends.
2. Plan and conceptualize innovative and feasible research projects based on the research direction and objectives of the research team.
3. Write key documents such as project proposal, project plan, and feasibility study report.
4. Improve the performance of existing strains and enhance product competitiveness through metabolic modification, enzyme evolution, bioinformatics analysis, and other methods
Job requirements.
1. Educational background. Doctoral degree and corresponding degree obtained, with a background in biology related majors;
2. Work experience. More than 1 year of experience in writing scientific research project applications or related work, with priority given to experience in writing national, provincial, and ministerial level scientific research projects;
3. Personal skills. Possess excellent writing and logical thinking abilities, familiar with the scientific research project application process, policies, and requirements;
4. Personal qualities. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility and dedication, able to withstand work pressure.
