As a technical research engineer, based on high-level technical layout, I understand the existing technological achievements in the corresponding field and evaluate the possibility of mass production, and take the lead in researching the technology in this field to achieve mass production. The specific responsibilities are as follows.
1. Track and analyze industry product intelligence, identify product application development trends;
2. Responsible for the specific development and implementation of products around technical solutions, focusing on tackling the “bottleneck” technical problems in this field and proposing systematic solutions;
3. Combining the development of technology and product requirements, constantly innovating and upgrading products to meet market demand.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, major background in chemical engineering, fine chemical engineering, organic synthesis, etc., with solid professional foundation;
2. 2-3 years of research and development experience, with experience in researching or participating in industrial projects in the fields of flame retardants/hydrogenation and catalysis/acrylonitrile/MMA/antioxidant and weather resistant additives is preferred;
3. Possess a spirit of research, clear thinking, and strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
4. Identify with the company culture;
