Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Carry out research and development work related to perovskite and functional layer materials and batteries;
2. Develop products and implementation plans based on company needs, and carry out technical research and product development work;
3. Data organization and analysis, tracking literature, continuously optimizing solutions, and achieving research and development goals;
4. Promote the transformation of research and development achievements and continuously provide technical support;
5. Responsible for organizing and summarizing technical documents, writing relevant patents, papers, project application materials, etc.
Job requirements.
1. Professional background. Ph.D. in Chemistry/Physics/Materials/Electronics/Energy.
2. Work experience. More than 5 years of research experience in perovskite related fields, or more than 2 years of work experience in core positions in perovskite leading enterprises. Have independently or as a core team member completed the development of perovskite material technology and production processes.
3. Professional skills. Proficient in the preparation, synthesis, testing, characterization, and mechanism analysis of perovskite and related functional layers, with the ability to independently develop new materials and processes. Candidates with independent understanding of the stability of perovskite solar cells are preferred.
