Job description.
1. Responsible for the company’s product technology research and development to meet the requirements of product properties;
2. Responsible for collecting information and conducting market research related to the company’s products;
3. Provide production technology services and technical improvement work for company products;
4. Seriously implement the corresponding management system of the company, optimize production processes, improve production quality and product qualification rate, and reduce production costs;
5. Timely report the product design status to superiors;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements.
1. Master’s or doctoral degree in materials science, microelectronics technology, electronic science and technology, physics or semiconductor related majors.
2. More than 4 years of experience in electronic component technology, with priority given to microwave component technology and management experience.
3. Proactive and responsible in work, with good execution and communication skills.
