Job description ：
1. Responsible for developing crystal growth research and development experimental plans, and leading the implementation of crystal growth research and development experimental work;
2. Responsible for the process flow design, technical standard determination, and process document preparation when introducing new products and technologies related to crystals into production;
3. Track technological progress in relevant fields both domestically and internationally, understand cutting-edge trends such as new technologies, materials, and applications in the industry, and regularly summarize and form documents;
4. Responsible for ensuring the protection and confidentiality of technological achievements, and creating patents and technical secrets.
5. Responsible for vertical project application and execution.
