Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the management of the company’s software and hardware R&D team, including the control of overall R&D personnel and R&D project planning, progress, risk, quality, cost, changes, etc., to ensure the smooth completion of various R&D tasks;
2. Responsible for resource allocation and work coordination, including guiding and coordinating the work of personnel in the product, R&D, and hardware departments of the team, and building a harmonious and efficient team atmosphere;
3. Plan the direction of technology research and development to ensure that the company’s technology is at the forefront of the industry;
4. Responsible for the hierarchical construction of the R&D team and the improvement of overall skills;
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, with overseas study background preferred, graduated from computer science, electronic information engineering, software related majors;
2. Develop in languages such as C/C++and Python, with expertise in hardware, algorithms, software, and related fields;
3. Having rich project management experience and product development experience is preferred;
4. Having sharp and accurate insight, rigorous logical thinking, and good communication and expression skills;
5. Having a spirit of continuous pursuit of progress, passionate about VR AR、 The direction related to intelligent hardware;
