Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the overall technology selection, technology development strategy, and planning of the company, ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of the system, and aligning it with business goals and long-term development plans;
2. Lead the technical team, including recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating technical personnel to ensure efficient team operations;
3. Manage the execution of technical projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards;
4. Manage and reduce technical risks, including security vulnerabilities, data breaches, and other risks;
5. Continuously monitor the technological trends and innovations in the industry, provide technical advice and guidance to the company, ensure the technological innovation and competitiveness of the company’s products, and promote the development and launch of new products into the market;
6. Ensure that the company’s technical practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Job requirements.
1. Full time doctoral degree or above in computer software, artificial intelligence, data science and other related disciplines;
2. Proficient in AI, data analysis, speech and image recognition, large model pre training, etc., proficient in product planning, architecture design, project management, etc., with experience in leading large-scale projects;
3. Have certain scientific research achievements in related fields, have published top industry papers, and are familiar with research and development management;
