Job Description
1. Responsible for the development of new technology fields
2. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the technical line;
3. Responsible for team building, personnel training, performance evaluation and other management work;
4. Responsible for various quality control work in the laboratory.
Job requirements
1. Doctoral degree, major in integrated circuits, electronics, materials science or other related fields of science and engineering;
2. Have 5 years or more of testing work experience, with intermediate or above relevant professional technical titles or equivalent abilities;
3. Those with excellent conditions may consider graduating with a doctoral degree;
4. Familiar with professional technical fields such as semiconductors and integrated circuits;
5. Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle pressure.
