Job description ：
1. Doctoral degree, with more than 5 years of relevant industry work experience;
2. Proficient in algorithm control and related architecture design, modeling, data analysis, and simulation verification, proficient in using control algorithms for rapid prototyping simulation, etc;
3. Ability to guide engineers in analyzing the difficulties of research projects and collaborating with external resources to tackle them;
4. Able to organize a team to develop air conditioning electronic control technology plans;
5. Good communication, coordination, and management skills.
