Technical Expert (Micro Nano Optics)
1、 Job Responsibilities.
1. Conduct research on diffraction optics technology, photolithography, nanoimprint and other implementation processes, search for and evaluate industry supporting resources, and conduct technical feasibility analysis;
2. Responsible for selecting the technical and process paths for micro nano optical products, and tackling key technical difficulties;
3. Participate in the construction of departmental talent teams and processes, optimize team capabilities and talent pool;
4. Conduct research on micro nano optical related technologies and patent layout.
2、 Qualification requirements for the position.
1. Major in optical engineering, physics, optoelectronic integration or other science and engineering fields, with a doctoral degree or above, and a certain understanding of the current status and future development trends of diffractive optical technology. Candidates with experience in diffractive optical product related technology or product development are preferred;
2. Possess a strong foundation in geometric optics and physical optics, proficient in theories such as diffraction interferometry, holographic optics, and phase modulation, and familiar with diffraction optics technology or preparation processes such as nanoimprinting and photolithography;
3. Proficient in using FDTD, Matlab or C++ KlayoutZemax/CodeV；
4. Strong English literature reading ability, open-minded and innovative thinking, and good communication skills.
