Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the research and innovation of power product technology, promoting disruptive technological breakthroughs in this field;
2. Track the latest development trends in power technology, analyze the core functions/technologies of competitors, promote professional technology upgrades and replacements, and grasp the direction of technical topics related to power products;
3. Responsible for guiding and cultivating core technical talents, upgrading the key technology training system.
Job requirements.
1. A doctoral degree is preferred, with rich experience and technical accumulation in product research and development in the field of power.
2. Proficient in power industry protocol standards and product characteristics;
3. Familiar with cutting-edge technological development trends, deeply insight into industry changes and innovation opportunities, and able to develop specific implementation plans;
4. Having good user orientation, framework thinking, cross project control, forward-looking technical vision, and innovative thinking that breaks conventions;
5. Have good teamwork and communication skills, able to communicate across teams and achieve project goals.
