Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Participate in the formulation of the company’s development strategy, be responsible for the implementation of the company’s technology and R&D projects, and transform laboratory research technology, technological innovation and R&D capabilities, industry resources, etc. into market-oriented products;
2. Cooperate with financing to complete technological advantage innovation management and provide effective suggestions for the company’s product market positioning;

Responsible for team management such as R&D technology team building, talent cultivation, and work guidance, optimizing the team’s organizational structure and resource allocation; Lead the R&D team to comprehensively implement internal and external technical support for the company, including customer demand positioning, technical solution establishment, product technology delivery, etc;
3. Responsible for the entire process of formulating, developing, designing, verifying, implementing, and mass producing technical solutions for electronic material products, assuming the role of technical leader, controlling the overall project progress, coordinating various processes, and coordinating resources;
4. Regularly conduct project experience summaries, analyze and identify existing problems, and propose implementation plans for improvement work;
5. Responsible for decomposing performance goals of the R&D department, developing performance goals for subordinates, as well as performance evaluation and feedback.
Job requirements.
1. Full time master’s degree or above (doctoral degree is preferred), major in chemistry or related fields;
2. More than 10 years of experience in electronic material research and development design, and more than 5 years of experience in technical team management; Having experience as a leader in research and development, as well as product development and mass production, in a well-known semiconductor materials company is particularly desirable;
3. Familiar with the semiconductor material research and development process, proficient in R&D and project management tools;
4. Familiar with the semiconductor materials related industry chain, with the ability to transform university research achievements into products with market value;
5. Possess strong abilities to learn and apply new technologies, possess exceptional sensitivity to the technology market, timely grasp the latest developments in market technology, provide suggestions for the company’s technological development, and be able to achieve technological implementation from an objective and business perspective;
6. Possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and coordination abilities, adept at motivating, cultivating, and guiding teams, and courageous in taking on responsibilities and risks;
7. Possess rich project management experience, strong project risk control ability, and cost budget management awareness;
8. Good English reading and writing skills and proficient in using daily office software;
9. Able to actively face the problems encountered during the company’s development process, with a strong sense of responsibility and resilience.
