Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for team management and technical research and development related to large-scale models, including pure language/multimodal large-scale model development, basic large-scale model development, and large-scale model fine-tuning;
2. Responsible for the research and development of relevant technologies for embodied large models, including dataset construction, multimodal alignment, basic model development and fine-tuning;
3. Responsible for the development of quantitative inference deployment solutions for large models, improving the efficiency of large model inference, accelerating its implementation in specific businesses, and reducing costs;
4. Follow up on the cutting-edge development of LLM algorithm, responsible for the iteration and engineering implementation of related algorithms, and accelerate the landing and optimization of LLM technology in the field of robotics.
Job requirements.
1. PhD in CV/NLP/deep learning or related fields, with over 3 years of work experience;
2. Have experience in training and fine-tuning large models, proficient in using mainstream basic models such as llama2/3, chatglm, internVL, etc., familiar with optimization algorithms such as lora and Qlora;
3. Have experience in quantifying and deploying large models, familiar with TensorRT,- TensorRT LLM, LLM quantization tools and related algorithms, with experience in deploying LLM at the edge or in large clusters;
4. Strong engineering skills, proficient in using PyTorch, deepspeed,vlm, Familiar with tools such as Hugginface, Langchain, RAG, etc;
5. In CVPR, ICCV,ICML,- Priority will be given to papers published in A-level conference journals such as NeruIPS, TPAMI, TIP, etc;
6. Excellent team management skills and successful team management experience, strong communication skills and teamwork awareness, able to lead the team to solve unexpected practical problems;
7. Candidates with relevant experience in the robotics industry are preferred.
