1. Assist in formulating company development strategies, participate in company management and decision-making.
2. Develop the company’s annual R&D plan and budget, and organize the implementation to achieve the plan.
3. According to the company’s development strategy, formulate the company’s product plan, determine relevant product standards, technical standards, quality standards, process standards, etc.
4. Establish and maintain the company’s technology management system and intellectual property management system such as patents.
5. Cooperate with the sales department to carry out work, provide necessary technical support and after-sales engineering and technical training to the market.
6. Complete other work tasks assigned by company leaders.
Job requirements.
1. Major in Materials Science and Engineering, Metal Materials Engineering, or related fields, with a doctoral degree.
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in metal powder research and development or production applications (such as 3D printing, etc.), familiar with the management process of metal powder research and development.
3. Have certain technical project management experience and technical team experience.
4. Has strong technical sensitivity and can timely understand the latest cutting-edge information on technological development.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to provide better support for marketing, production, after-sales service and other departments.
6. Has good stress resistance and a proactive work ethic.
