Job description ：
Job description.
1. Based on market analysis, technical reports, conduct technical research, and formulate future development directions;
2. Based on the experimental plan and results, analyze and propose material optimization directions to the material team, and optimize the design parameters of the battery cells;
3. Based on product requirements, research includes but is not limited to failure analysis and mechanism research at the material level, design level, and process level;
4. Based on failure analysis, develop improvement plans including but not limited to material, design, and process levels;
5. Develop reasonable chemical system development goals and plans based on project requirements;
6. Assist in handling other tasks arranged by the leader.
Job requirements.
1. Familiar with the basic principles of electrochemistry and the four main material elements of batteries;
2. Proficient in using various electrochemical analysis methods and material characterization techniques, with a certain understanding of battery operation principles and failure mechanisms;
3. Good English reading and writing skills;
4. Proficient in using commonly used analysis and data processing software such as Minitab and Office.
