Job description ：
Duty.
1. Lead the system development process of product development projects and complete project delivery;
2. Lead the complete technical evaluation and verification process of technology development projects, and form conclusions;
3. Overall scheme evaluation of structural and heat dissipation systems, guiding engineers in the design process;
4. Undertake customer requirements externally, responsible for communication and technical exchange, translate them into technical solutions internally, and ensure efficient project execution.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, major in mechanical engineering, engineering thermophysics or related fields;
2. Experience in hardware system design and projects related to laser devices, fiber optics, MEMS systems, and microsystem heat dissipation is preferred;
3. Have a certain foundation in using structural simulation software;
4. Experienced in interdisciplinary, optomechanical, electrical and thermal system projects for optimization;
5. Having good logical thinking, learning ability, problem-solving ability, communication and teamwork skills;
6. Positive, optimistic, responsible, achievement oriented, and strong ability to withstand pressure;
7. English proficiency level 4 or above is preferred as a working language.
