Job description :
1. Responsible for leading the structural design team to complete the structural design and production of new products according to the company’s project approval requirements;
2. Implement the production and evaluation of handmade samples;
3. Responsible for project follow-up, pre mold evaluation, mold review, assembly testing, test data analysis, exception handling, etc;
4. Lead the follow-up and abnormal analysis of small-scale trial production of new projects;
5. Responsible for maintaining the product structure, reviewing relevant product technical data (BOM/inspection drawings), and issuing signed samples for sample recognition. The closing documents are complete, accurate, organized, and highlight key points;
6. Handle production abnormalities, accurately and quickly analyze problems and solve them, and communicate smoothly with other departments;
7. Continuously optimize the product by improving design schemes, materials, and increasing the universality of parts to enhance the competitiveness of the company’s products;
8. Selection, testing, and verification of new structural materials;
9. Timely propose patent solutions.
10. Summarize the project, contribute experience, and assist department heads in improving team design capabilities;
1. PhD or above in electrical, mechanical design and manufacturing or related majors;
2. Familiar with the properties and selection of commonly used metal and non-metal materials, familiar with mechanical processing, injection molding technology, sheet metal technology, and aluminum and zinc alloy die-casting technology, and apply them to product design.
3. Familiar with product quality and cost composition factors, and master methods to improve quality and reduce costs.
4. Familiar with the product development process, able to propose effective improvement plans for product structure and process, with clear thinking and comprehensive consideration of issues; Analyze and evaluate the structural reliability and ease of operation; Can lead a team to complete project delivery.
5. Having the ability to search for information and obtain relevant materials and materials from various channels that one is not familiar with.
6. Possess the ability to write patent proposals.
7. Proficient in PRO-E CAD, Proficient in using office software such as Office.
8. Experience in designing precision equipment, instruments, or automotive components is preferred.
