Job description ：
1. Responsible for designing materials and preparation processes, improving material performance and product quality, developing and researching new materials and processes;
2. Select material composition based on product performance requirements;
Job requirements
1. Doctoral degree or above, majoring in Materials Physics; Material processing; Majors related to materials science and engineering or metallurgical engineering;
2. Master the current development status and trends of disciplines related to metallurgical engineering, and have innovative consciousness;
3. Possess certain independent work ability, interpersonal communication ability, and teamwork ability;
4. More than 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred;
5. Can serve as a team leader responsible for team operations;
