Job description ：
1. Possess basic operating skills for Windows and Linux systems, and be able to independently install and maintain simulation software (such as Gaussian, cp2k, Sentaurus TCAD, quokka, SCAPS, PVSyst, VASP, and other common photovoltaic related software);
2. Proficient in at least one photovoltaic simulation related software (Gaussian, cp2k, Sentaurus TCAD, Quokka, SCAPS, PVSyst, VASP), and have independently or participated in the publication of academic papers using such software;
3. Understand the process flow of photovoltaic cells and modules, be able to design experiments, guide relevant personnel to obtain simulation parameters, and evaluate the rationality of simulation parameters;
4. Able to combine simulation technology with manufacturing processes and collaborate with process personnel to optimize battery and component efficiency. Candidates with experience in simulation projects are preferred;
5. Possess certain programming skills and be able to batch process simulated data using Python or Fortran languages;
