Job description ：
Simulated Team Leader
Duty.
-Lead the simulation team to design a competitive (power consumption, area) high-speed transceiver;
-Guide Layout engineers in layout design;
-High speed, high-precision ADC and DAC design;
-Low power consumption, high-speed line driver;
– Low jitter PLL/CDR;
-Low noise VGA&ADC design;
-Design of high-speed interface circuit;
-Robust ESD protection;
