1. Responsible for the design and development of frame welding processes.
2. Responsible for feasibility review of product design process and scheme optimization (welding simulation).
3. Responsible for technological innovation and implementation of research and development projects.
4. Responsible for the development and introduction of new processes and technologies.
5. Responsible for basic process research and leading welding process validation.
6. Responsible for departmental process guidance and training.
7. Responsible for handling difficult welding process issues in the factory.
8. Responsible for formulating process standards and editing them in a standardized manner.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, majoring in Welding Technology and Engineering;
2. Research on proficiently mastering the analysis of welding mechanism and process improvement measures in the manufacturing of metal materials;
3. Have good communication and writing skills, innovative thinking, and teamwork spirit;
4. Experience in welding related research in the automotive industry is preferred;
