Job Description
This senior position is the Senior Vice President of Clinical Development, who supports the company’s decision-making and product development by leading global clinical development. We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to serve as Senior Vice President, Clinical Development. She/he will be fully responsible for the company’s clinical strategy, development, and operational plans. The position of Senior Vice President will join the company’s senior leadership team.
Main responsibilities.
1. Guide and supervise the design and implementation of clinical projects at all stages.
2. Ensure that all clinical protocols have reliable scientific and medical basis.
3. Prepare and guide the overall clinical development plan; Design scientifically rigorous clinical development plans for various indications.
4. Monitor research progress, lead analysis and data evaluation processes, and provide progress reports and presentations to internal senior management teams, external consultants, and other relevant groups.
5. Prepare briefings and regulatory documents for regulatory agencies, such as archives, NDAs or BLAs, safety and annual reports, and communicate and respond to regulatory agencies on medical and other related issues.
Requirement
1. Medical scientists with a medical doctorate or equivalent degree, or who have received training in oncology sub specialties;
2. Experience in clinical protocol design and implementation; Work experience in the I/O field is preferred;
3. More than eight years of relevant work experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. Must possess knowledge in clinical trial management, data management, and drug development processes, as well as leadership skills in various clinical and regulatory processes.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal communication abilities.
5. Work hard and strive to achieve creativity and good results.
6. Experience in leadership, collaboration, and teamwork, as well as successful records in designing and implementing Phase II-III trials, oncology, and autoimmunity
