Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the synthesis of waterborne epoxy lotion and the development of waterborne epoxy curing agent and other series products
2. Have unique insights into improving product performance and continuously optimize product costs and process formulas.
3. Have certain experience in pilot and scale-up production of waterborne epoxy resin.
4. Have a certain understanding of the application, competitive products and market situation of waterborne epoxy resin and lotion.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Hold a doctoral degree in chemistry related majors such as organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, and chemical engineering.
2. Have a solid theoretical foundation and relevant experimental skills, with over 5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Familiar with free radical polymerization reactions and the synthesis of small molecules or polymers.
4. Passionate about work and proactive in personality.
5. Able to collaborate in a team and skilled in communication and exchange.
6. Agile thinking, strong learning ability, excellent research and innovation skills.
