Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for technical work related to high-power power electronics industry series products, including technical planning and layout, major technological breakthroughs, key technology reviews, etc;
2. Cooperate with department leaders to develop medium – and long-term technical plans for the department, including advanced layout of technical topics, to ensure industry leadership in technical layout;
3. Responsible for important research and development projects related to products and solutions in the field of power electronics, leading the R&D team to complete product or solution development;
4. Responsible for tackling major projects and difficult technical issues in the field of power electronics for the company.
Job requirements.
1. PhD candidate in Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control, Power Electronics, Power Systems, and related fields.
2. Have in-depth research and product development experience in the photovoltaic energy storage industry or industrial transmission industry technology
3. Proficient in the basic theories of modeling, control, and design of mainstream topologies in power electronics, proficient in control algorithms for power electronics products, proficient in multi-level design, proficient in commonly used hardware circuit topology design, able to control the development of cutting-edge power conversion technologies, and able to independently engage in the design and development of various high-power frequency converters.
4. Priority is given to projects with experience in photovoltaic inverters, energy storage converters, high and low voltage inverters, etc;
5. Familiar with relevant standards in the power electronics industry, familiar with performance indicators of high-power converters, familiar with electromagnetic theory and design, familiar with various power electronic components, proficient in the design methods of various frequency converters;
6. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork and communication skills;
7. Active in thinking, enthusiastic about technological research, and full of interest in new technologies.
