Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Understand industry product and technology trends, assist product managers in planning product functionality, performance, and version evolution iterations.
2. Responsible for the overall architecture design and overall solution design of a certain model, and leading the board architect to conduct technical decomposition and implementation;
During the project implementation process, assist the project manager in conducting technical analysis, layout, and decision-making;
4. Direct follow-up and auxiliary promotion of critical system issues.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree or above, major in computer science, electronic information, software engineering, communication engineering, or related fields;
2.5 years or more of experience in hardware device development, with a certain understanding and insight into architecture design; Understand the entire hardware device development process, and have a basic understanding of the principles and device characteristics of FPGA, embedded systems, etc.；
3. Have a certain understanding of the development ideas of embedded software, able to participate in discussions on the overall architecture and provide effective suggestions;
4. Strong business process modeling and document writing skills, with strong independent thinking ability, initiative and sense of responsibility, and good communication skills;
5. Possess strong learning ability, regularly learn the characteristics of competitive products, pay attention to cutting-edge technologies in the industry, and translate them into the company’s product and technology plans；
6. Candidates with experience in developing ATE and other equipment software systems, as well as proficient in using mainstream ATE equipment software on the market, are given priority consideration; Doctoral degree holders in hardware device development are preferred.
