1. Independently manage projects and conduct research on the synthesis of the company’s new products, including small-scale experiments, process optimization, pilot scale production, and product trial production (direction. research and development of fine chemical raw material processes)
2. Coordinate projects with partner companies to optimize existing product paths and improve processes
3. Other tasks arranged by superiors
Job requirements.
1. Major in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, applied chemistry or related fields, with a doctoral degree or above
2. More than 2 years of experience in organic synthesis, proficient in structural identification of compounds
3. Strong project management experience and teamwork skills, high sense of responsibility and initiative, and good ethical standards
