Job description.
1. Assist the Vice President of R&D in formulating the company’s mid to long term R&D plan, determining the company’s new product development positioning and project, technology research direction;
2. Cultivate professional reserve talents and improve the construction of R&D team echelon;
3. Responsible for solving various difficult problems that arise during the drug development process and guiding the project team to carry out research and development work;
4. Reasonably utilize various internal and external resources to achieve research and development goals.
Job requirements.
1. Major in Organic Chemistry (research direction. Total Synthesis), PhD degree, strong English proficiency, strong sense of responsibility, and diligent and meticulous work;
2. Proficient in operating organic chemical reactions, independently conducting research projects, and possessing strong abilities in IR, UV, NMR, and MS spectrum analysis;
3. Having keen insight, understanding the latest technological developments in the industry, and being able to grasp the direction of industry business development;
4. Passionate about organic synthesis research, with a drive for progress, a sense of responsibility and dedication, good communication skills, the ability to manage teams and projects, and a spirit of teamwork.
