Job description ：
1. Analyze antibody drug samples using analytical instruments such as HPLC, CE, LC-MS, etc;
2. Establish relevant instrument analysis methods, develop, transfer, and validate analysis methods in accordance with regulatory requirements;
3. Summarize various physical and chemical analysis data, organize research reports, write technical reports and CTD application materials;
4. Establish and revise relevant standard operating procedures, and complete daily inspections according to SOP;
5. Lead the team to carry out the related work of antibody drugs from research and development to market application.
Job requirements.
1. PhD in analytical chemistry or pharmaceutical analysis, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred;
2. Familiar with operating and maintaining various analytical instruments such as HPLC and CE;
3. Proficient in the principles and operation of physical and chemical instruments in analytical laboratories, experience in GLP laboratory management is preferred;
4. Has leadership skills, strong independent thinking ability, problem-solving ability, and learning ability;
5. Has good communication skills and team spirit.
