Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for completing the application, execution, and acceptance of national, provincial, and municipal research and development projects;
2. Responsible for researching industry hotspots, tackling technical challenges, optimizing process flow, publishing papers, and applying for patents related to business;
3. Responsible for researching industry trends, organizing major industry events and conferences, and analyzing industry technology development trends;
4. Participate in industry exhibitions, summits, and forums, analyze market data, and conduct market research;
5. Collect and analyze the business dynamics and strategies of competitors, and participate in the formulation and implementation of the company’s strategic planning.
Job requirements.
1. Full time doctoral degree in mechanical, electrical, automation engineering and other related majors;
2. Priority is given to those with backgrounds in hydraulic components, robots, and automation systems. Research experience in threaded plug-in valves, electro-hydraulic proportional valves, internal curve motors, electrified drives for construction machinery, and integrated reducers is particularly preferred;
3. Have good communication and expression skills, problem-solving abilities, and certain report writing skills;
4. Good ability to withstand pressure and endure hardship.
Welfare policy.
1. Doctoral residency can apply for a subsidy of 50000 to 100000 yuan.
2. Postdoctoral fellows can enjoy an additional government living allowance of no more than 140000 yuan per year during their tenure at the station.
