Job description ：

1. Responsible for the development of analytical methods related to the biological analysis of key raw materials such as enzymes, raw materials, and finished products in the mRNA drug development pipeline, as well as daily testing;
2. Participate in and lead NGS sequencing, especially familiar with and proficient in NGS data analysis, proficient in operating desktop sequencing systems, including Illumina MiSeq, Oxford, Nanopore, and PaBio;
3. Participate in the biological activity detection of key raw material enzymes, mRNA raw materials, and finished products, such as enzyme activity, cell-based antigen expression activity, and animal immune activity detection of finished products;
4. Develop SOP for analysis and instrument operation; Writing analysis reports and IND application materials;
5. Participate in the validation and transfer of analytical methods.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, with relevant experience in cell biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry;
2. Experienced in biological analysis, familiar with using washing machines and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) analyzers, Octet and Gyrolab analytical instruments are used to perform ELISA and Western blot analysis;
3. Have knowledge of NGS sequencing, including the use of Illumina Miseq and Nonopore sequencing equipment, and be able to independently analyze data;
4. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
