Job description ：
We are recruiting a PhD candidate with research experience in any of the following topics:
Topic 1: Integrated reducer and servo control (chip, controller, encoder);
Topic 2: AI Visual Recognition and Surface Quality Inspection System;
Topic 3: Humanoid robot servo joint module, visual control system, dual robotic arm control system or speech recognition function;
Topic 4: Threaded plug-in valves or electro-hydraulic actuators and their applications (preferred hydraulic components, secondary hydraulic direction, third mechanical category);
Topic 5: Electro hydraulic proportional valves and proportional amplifiers (preferred hydraulic components, secondary hydraulic direction, third mechanical category);
Topic 6: Research on Fully Parameterized Design of Shock Absorber Solenoid Valve (Internal/External).
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for completing enterprise research projects assigned by company leaders;
2. Responsible for completing the application, execution, and acceptance of national, provincial, and municipal research and development projects;
3. Responsible for researching industry hotspots related to enterprise production activities, overcoming industry technical challenges, optimizing process flows, publishing papers, and applying for patents;
4. Responsible for researching industry trends, organizing major industry events and conferences, and analyzing industry development trends;
5. Go deep into the market, regularly participate in relevant industry exhibitions, summits, and forums, analyze market data, and conduct market research;
6. Responsible for tracking and researching the business dynamics of the company’s competitors, analyzing their business strategies, policies, and advantages, guiding the company to adjust its business strategies in a timely manner, and consolidating and enhancing its market position;
7. Complete tasks temporarily assigned by superiors as required.
Job requirements:
1. Have a full-time doctoral degree from a nationally accredited key higher education institution;
2. Fresh doctoral graduates who have passed the defense of their doctoral thesis, or have obtained their doctoral degree for no more than 3 years;
3. Mechanical, electromechanical, electrical engineering and automation, intelligent manufacturing and other majors;
4. Priority will be given to those with integrated reducers, AI visual recognition and detection, hydraulic components, robots, automation or electrical control systems, and shock absorber backgrounds,
Equipped with integrated reducer, AI visual recognition and detection system, humanoid robot servo control system, threaded insertion valve, electro-hydraulic proportional valve and other technologies;
Research experience is particularly good.
