Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for drafting solid dosage form research plans and protocols in accordance with drug registration management requirements;
2. Lead researchers in the development and research of solid dosage form projects;
3. Effectively connect with pilot production and be able to complete pilot transfer as required;
4. Advance research progress, report research results in a timely manner, and propose follow-up research plans, able to complete project application materials in accordance with drug registration management requirements;
5. Ability to access domestic and international research literature, track advanced technologies both domestically and internationally, and proficiently write research papers, patents, etc.
Job requirements.
1. Pharmaceutics (research direction. optimal for oral solid preparations), doctoral degree;
2. Proficient in operating formulation equipment, familiar with formulation research and development processes, independently conducting research projects, possessing strong spectral analysis skills, and having some experience in clinical pharmacy;
3. Having keen insight, understanding the latest technological developments in the industry, and being able to grasp the direction of industry business development;
4. Passionate about pharmaceutical research, with a sense of ambition, responsibility, and professionalism, possessing good communication skills, the ability to manage teams and projects, and a spirit of teamwork.
