1. Research and Development of Technology and Evaluation Methods for Polymer Material Biocoating
2. Research the development and application direction of coating technology, and be responsible for the research and development of related new technologies
3. Responsible for or participating in the verification and confirmation activities of coating technology products, and solving technical or quality problems in practical applications
4. Identify potential risks of products/technologies and develop corresponding control measures
5. Responsible for writing and outputting relevant technical documents
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree, major in biomaterials, chemistry or related research topics is acceptable, work experience is not limited;
2. Strong research intelligence research and analysis capabilities, as well as strong technical problem-solving skills;
3. Skilled in learning and innovation, able to independently solve technical problems;;
4. Proactive, rigorous and serious in work, with a good sense of responsibility;
5. Understand the basic technical route of conventional coatings, with priority given to research or development experience in drug loaded coatings, drug loaded microspheres, etc.;
